A passion for change and transformation
I have been a change management consultant for the past 15 years, where finding out exactly what my client required was key to obtaining the results they desired. I found out that this was one of the key factors of coaching and so decided to pursue coaching which ensured that my clients were now empowered with the knowledge to succeed long after I would leave their company.
I offer transformational workshops and coaching to those who really wish to make a difference in their lives and that of others but are not sure as to how to go about it. I also offer coaching to pre and post matriculants in order to assist them in planning their career paths as well as workshops, which open up the possibilities available to each and everyone - providing the tools to unlock the highest potential in each of us.
The coaching method used is called Consciousness Coaching (c), founded by Marc Steinberg. Once learned it is easily integrated and applied as a life-style.
This method also enables me to create workshops such that they impact directly on the way you address daily issues, challenges or obstacles; creating an awareness and a transformation in the way you see things, thus empowering you to take mastery of your life.
Transforming lives and making a difference to every person I encounter by giving hope and showing that everything is possible - that is my passion and why I really enjoy what I do. The internet and the world wide web allows me to extend that across countries at the click of a mouse and so I am never far from any client!
